I finally finished all my editing for both the China and Hawaii trips yesterday so I was able to take some of the more useable footage to put together a few shorts for the blog (the family Hawaii video actually lasts more than an  hour so is certainly too long to put up on the web, never mind the privacy issues involved).

Waikiki was really a pretty photogenic spot and the Canon XA10 managed to capture the colours pretty well (particularly as I usually have it set at Vivid level 2). The weather could have been better as the water really does become bluer when the sun comes out (it’s still pretty cold for swimming in though!).
